Important Information for Medieval Fae Fest Attendees:
Ticket Access: Due to potential internet connectivity issues on-site, we strongly recommend that you screenshot or print your tickets prior to arrival.
Weather Policy: This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets are not permitted on the Medieval Fae Fest grounds. This is due to high foot traffic and potential hazards from dropped food items. (Service animals are exempt from this policy.) Failure to comply will result in removal from the Medieval Fae Fest without refund.
Outside Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed. One sealed bottle of water per person is permitted. Violation of this policy will result in denial of entry.
Footwear: Shoes must be worn at all times.
Attire: Attire deemed offensive by Medieval Fae Fest management must be modified or removed. Failure to comply will result in removal from the Medieval Fae Fest grounds. If you have questions regarding appropriate attire, please email a photo to medievalfaefest@gmail.com for approval.
Unauthorized Sales: Unauthorized sales of any kind, including Medieval Fae Fest tickets, are prohibited on the Medieval Fae Fest grounds and parking lot.
Motorized Vehicles: Motorized carts are not permitted, with the exception of motorized wheelchairs.
Weapons Policy: All weapons must be peace-tied or secured at the front gate. Removal of peace ties will result in removal from the Medieval Fae Fest without refund. Projectile weapons are prohibited.
