Gate Admission Tickets

Advance Ticket Sales Deadline:
- Friday and Weekend Passes: Online sales end November 12, 2026. Starting November 13, 2026, these tickets will only be available for purchase at the gate.
- Saturday Passes: Online sales end November 13, 2026. Starting November 14, 2026, these tickets will only be available for purchase at the gate.
- All Other Tickets: Starting November 15, 2026, all remaining ticket types will transition to gate sales only.
Important Information for Medieval Fae Fest Attendees:
- Ticket Access: Due to potential internet connectivity issues on-site, we strongly recommend that you screenshot or print your tickets prior to arrival.
- Weather Policy: This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. We do have an Arena we can set everyone under if the weather looks rainy. In the case of Dangerous weather conditions, everyone will be contacted about the changes needed.
- Pet Policy: No pets are allowed unless part of a show. Service animals are allowed but must be harnessed, leashed, or kept in an enclosed (net) stroller. No animals are allowed to run around freely. The owner is responsible for taking the animal outside the gate for bathroom breaks in the designated area. The owner is responsible for the behavior of the animal. No disruption to the shows or vendors. Any damage to the venue, vendor booths, or entertainment displays will be paid for by the owner immediately. If the animal is not well-behaved, then the animal and the owner will be asked politely to leave. The owner may return without the animal in that situation. We are setting these rules for the protection of all.
- Outside Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed. One sealed bottle of water per person is permitted. Violation of this policy will result in denial of entry.
- Footwear: Shoes must be worn at all times.
- Attire: Attire deemed offensive by Medieval Fae Fest management must be modified or removed. Failure to comply will result in removal from the Medieval Fae Fest grounds. If you have questions regarding appropriate attire, please email a photo to medievalfaefest@gmail.com for approval.
- Unauthorized Sales: Unauthorized sales of any kind, including Medieval Fae Fest tickets, are prohibited on the Medieval Fae Fest grounds and parking lot.
- Motorized Vehicles: Motorized carts are not permitted, with the exception of motorized wheelchairs.
- Weapons Policy: All weapons must be peace-tied or secured at the front gate. Removal of peace ties will result in removal from the Medieval Fae Fest without refund. Projectile weapons are prohibited.
