ALL VENDORS
A copy of the business owner’s photos showing your tent and some of your crafts/wares, and the vendor policy form MUST be submitted with this application. Money will not be accepted until the vendor application is approved. Vendor understands all taxes and licensing, including any local, state or federal are the responsibility of the vendor if applicable. Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance. Medieval Fae Fest, the Jackson County Ag Center, and the Jackson County Commissioners or any of their staff members, are not responsible for any theft, damages, or injuries. We advise you to obtain your own insurance.

All Food Vendors
Food Truck merchants must submit a $185.00 food vendor fee per weekend. Electricity and water are not included (up to 12×20 ft space for food merchants; anything over additional fees will apply.) You will need to run a generator. The coordinator must approve your menu. You must have your menu and prices posted. You are responsible for all permits and fees. You are responsible for knowing and meeting the code of the city/county/state. You are encouraged to attempt to “look the part” as a Medieval food vendor at this event. It is highly encouraged that you wear a Medieval/Ren costume during the event.
